Advance payment must be made in euros. It could be made by credit card or bank transfer. All cancellations concerning the registration fee must be presented in writing to the organizing secretariat: email@example.com.
- Full refund will be refunded for cancellations received before August 1st 2018, less Euro 50,00 handlingfee.
- 50% of the total fee will be refunded for cancellations received before September 1st 2018.
- After the above-mentioned deadlines, no reimbursement can be claimed for cancellation.
All approved refunds will be processed and issued 90 days after the ending of the course.
